Arranging for Repair
Sorry! Because every situation is quite unique, we are unable to estimate repairs over the phone or email. We need to examine each doll closely to evaluate it's condition and note any pre-existing problems. From this first-hand assessment, the nature and cost of required repair or restoration work can determined.
Are you within Driving Distance?
We have at least one qualified estimator, on duty during regular store hours Monday through Saturday. We do not have repair specialists on hand during Sunday hours or Thursday evenings. We do not charge for estimates (unless multiple dolls are brought in) and no appointment is necessary. Please see FAQ's for exceptions to this rule in the case of Collections of dolls or insurance engagements.
Not Within Driving Distance?
You can mail your doll or bear to us for service. First, please read through our FAQ's and List of Services to see what types of repairs we do and do not perform. Then print and carefully review our Authorization Packet. Take some time to read through all of our terms and follow our instructions precisely before mailing us your doll. It is wise to seek professional assistance in packing and shipping very fragile repairs. Please note, we do not ship outside of the United States, thus we are unable to accept International repairs.
