What sets us apart?
Deck Floors are made with 2x6 boards, compared to much thinner deck boards used by our competitors. Our floors are built with wood screws (not nails) and made to hold several hundred pounds.
Picnic Tables are made with 2x6 boards - strong enough for parents to enjoy. No worries about warping that occurs with thinner boards.
Wood Guard - A patented - process of extruding polyethylene over wood that provides a layer of hunter green plastic. This process makes our 4x4 corner posts & end ladders maintenance-free and absent of cracking, chipping or splitting.
Hardware - Zinc plated, oversized 3/8" bolts with locking T-Nut Construction guarantee strength and safety over time. Our "bolt-through" construction, which combines interlocking of the floor, uprights and side assemblies, ensures structural integrity.

Wolman Natural Select SYP is non-arsenic based and effective against termites and fungal decay.
How Does Natural Select Differ from Traditional Treated Wood? Most of the difference involve the chemistry of their preservative solutions. Ingredients in Natural Select are copper, borone and azole. Traditional treated wood usses CCA (copper, chromium and arsenate). Treating procedures, retention levels and warranties are almost identical.
More about Treatment. Copper is the principal active ingredient, protecting against termites and fungal decay. Protection against copper-tolerant fungi is provided by organic azole, that is also used to protect many of the foods we eat such a sfruit, peanuts and wheat.
EPA Study. A comprehensive study of occupational, residential, and playground uses of wood pressure-treated with copper azole preservative has concluded No adverse health effects. The EPA's risk assessment evaluated four different scenarios: Occupational, resident do-it-yourselfer, short term and long term resident and playground. A number of different exposures (e.g. inhalation, incidental ingestion, exposure to the skin...) were all assessed in each scenario. The highest potential risk was estimated to be 17 times lower than the level the EPA uses as a safety benchmark, thus demonstrating the safety of Copper azole-treated wood.
Environment. Southern Yellow Pine is a farmed product from the southern United States. As a crop, these trees are removed from a controlled environment with no effect to our existing forests. The longevity of Natural Select wood has been proved around the world. In providing this extended life to wood, it reduces demands on forest resources.
