Designed by our own Jim Noettl, this Jym (no pun intended) is our number one set for small yards!  The Junior Jym offers the absolute most play value we have ever seen in a stand alone unit!  Ample fort space with a tire swing underneath, a rock wall and 10' slide plus a double accessory arm that accomodates a swing and a trapeze. This set is built to last, with solid 4x4 construction, 2x4 floor boards and a 4x6 swing arm with sturdy ductile swing hangers. No wonder it comes with a life time warranty. The Junior Jym also requires less maintenance than most of our wooden play sets.  The tarp roof and woodguard corner posts don't require any upkeep!  We do recommend that wooden parts are stained annually and bolts should be tightened monthly throughout the usage season.
