Monkey Bar (New for 2007)

Monkey bars come in one standard height (8' tall) and are made with 4x6 top ladders and 4x4 end ladders with powder coated steel rungs.  Steel strips are used on all swing beams and monkey bars for added safety.  Monkey bars can be added to any fort structure with a 5', 6' or 7' deck.  Redesigned in 2007, our Monkey bars are now wider (can accommodate addition of a backyard loft) and have the versatility to adjust up and down for unlevel backyards.  Read more.....

Please note that the monkey bar frame used with the explorer series differs in that it is narrower and does not have the versatility to adjust for unlevel backyards.

Single Beam Swing Frames

Our single beams are constructed of 4x6 top beams and 4x6 A-Frame supports.  The Single Beam is available in 2, 3 or 4 positions and in three different heights: Standard (8' high and can attach to a 5', 6' or 7' deck), Super (9' high and can attach to a 6' or 7' deck) and Turbo (10' which can attach to a 7' deck).

The base of the system can widen or narrow according to the slope of the backyard.  Narrower configurations can add up to 7.5" of height to a play set, and wider bases can subtract up to that same amount giving our professional installation teams up to 15" of maneuverability to compensate for uneven terrain - adding strength and stability to your play set.  Read More....

With any Backyard Adventures Swing frame, safety rails are used as a safety barrier on the lower portion of the fort to prevent children from running into the path of a swing from under the play set.
