Payment Information

We accept the following methods of payment:

Order Processing

Our site is updated regularly in an effort to display only products that are currently in stock.  In the rare case that we do sell out of something in between updates, we would notify you by email right away.

After your shopping is completed and your order has been placed, the following events will occur:

1. We will send you a confirmation of your order, via your e-mail address.
2. Our order entry department receives your order, along with your secure credit information.
3. The order is promptly picked, and gift tagged according to your instructions, and dispatched, via the UPS service you have chosen.  Most orders leave within 24 hours of placement.  Note: We ship Monday- Friday.  UPS will not ship out on Saturdays or during major holidays.  Orders selecting free gift wrap often incur a delay of 1-3 days.
4. A Shipping Confirmation is sent to you via your e-mail address, generally within 1 to 2 business days after receipt of your order. The UPS tracking number will be indicated in this email so that you can track your orders progress.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE

We ship only to addresses within the Continental United States.*  We do not ship internationally. All orders that select standard shipping will ship either UPS ground or USPS Priority Mail.  Expedited UPS shipping options are available at checkout based on your shipping destination.

*Orders shipping to an APO/FPO within the continental US will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.  Significantly oversized orders will ship via Parcel Post.  There may be a 2-3 day delay on these orders.

Expedited Shipping Options

We do offer 3 day select, 2nd day air and Next Day Air services from UPS.   The charges for these options vary by shipping destination and are presented at checkout. 

*Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. Territories

Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii do not qualify for our free shipping offers.  These orders generally ship via Priority Mail.  In the case of significantly oversized packages, we reserve the right to ship them via USPS parcel Post.

ReallyGreatToys.com does not ship to the other U.S Territories.

Shipments to P.O. Boxes

Orders shipping to PO Boxes will be sent via USPS Priority mail. In the case of oversized packages, we reserve the right to ship thse orders via USPS Parcel Post.  

International Shipping

We do not ship outside of the continental United States. 

Return Policy

We want you to be happy with the purchases you make at ReallyGreatToys.com.  If you're not satisfied, you may return or exchange the following within 30 days of the shipment's receipt:

• Any toy item in its original condition

• Any defective or damaged toy

As long as your product meets the above conditions, we will refund your money. For your convenience we will accept returns purchased for the Holidays up until January 25th.

Send Your Return to Our Retail Store

1. Follow the instructions on the back of your packing slip. Please include the pack slip in your shipment.
2. Wrap the package securely. Use the original packing material, if possible.
3. Mail the package to the address listed below.
4. For your protection, we recommend you send your return/exchange with an insured, trackable carrier, like UPS.
5. Once we receive your item, we'll send you confirmation via e-mail.
6. We'll process your return/exchange within 1-3 days after receipt of your package.
7. For credit card purchases, we credit the card you used for the order.

If you don't have your packing slip, please write your order number and the reason for your return on a slip of paper you enclose in your package.

Price Matching for Local Shoppers

It is important to note that in-store promotions generally differ from sale prices and promotions on our website ReallyGreatToys.com. Some items may be discounted heavier in-store and others may be discounted heavier on the website. We invite local shoppers to use our Wish List feature on ReallyGreatToys.com to pre-shop!  Wish lists may be printed out for reference and brought into the store within 48 hours for price matching.  In the event that a listed ReallyGreatToys.com prices is less than the current in-store price, the printout may be presented at checkout and the price will be matched.  At no time do we combine offers. 

These conditions apply:

• The wish list should be printed in close conjunction with your actual visit (wish lists are timestamped to be valid for 48 hours).  Any item that is out of stock at the time of printing will be noted as such.  No rain checks will be available if an item becomes sold out in the interim.

• The official timestamp that is printed on the wish list must indicate a date/time within 48 hours of your visit to our retail store.

• The official printed wish list MUST be presented at checkout before register ringing proceeds in order for us to match any prices.  No delays will be allowed at checkout as a result of a physical wish list not being presented up front.  We are unable to recall a customer’s wish list on our computers, as they are password protected and no printers are accessible at checkout.  Any attempt to use our computers to access the internet and compare prices would constitute a major inconvenience for other shoppers waiting in line.

Privacy Policy

ReallyGreatToys.com recognizes and respects our customer privacy. That’s why we promise that data collected from you, the customer, will only be used to conduct business and to inform you of upcoming specials that may be of interest to you.  All information will be kept private and we will never sell your name to any other organization. We also have a secure ordering system in order to protect the information you give us to complete your order. The information you share with us will be handled with extreme care to protect your privacy.
